NAVI

UX Project 2

Simple and efficient transportation coordination.

77% of smart phone users use navigation applications. 36% of Americans have used a ride sharing app.

70% of physicians showed some level of implicit bias against Black people and Hispanics/Latinos.

With so many users and so many options its hard to coordinate them all.

The user base for this project consists of people in the 18-65 age range whom use multiple transportation and navigation apps. The main areas of focus were integration of third party ride-share / transportation applications, optimization of routes across available travel methods, and poignant notifications to keep users informed. Navi needed to integrate seamlessly into daily life and be easily understandable.

NOTIFICATIONS

A collection of review highlights from others sources. Significantly cutting research time down and simplifying the research process.

The UX study, basic branding, and a hi-fi prototype were released in the incredibly short time span of just one month. Thanks to the broad user base, we were able to validate the UX flows during each weekly release cycle. Built to solve a social problem, the prototype was effective in doing so through a simple onboarding process. Want to see more?
