A man with a beard, sitting on a wooden chair on a deck outside, wearing a straw hat, black t-shirt, and beige shorts, laughing with his eyes closed, touching his face with one hand, with a colorful tattoo of a dragon on his leg. There is a can of Zilker beer, a vintage camera, and a metal container next to him, with green plants and mountain scenery in the background.

ABOUT ME

MY STORY

For more than two decades, I have developed a deep understanding of the “why” and “how” to providing exceptional customer experiences alongside designing processes to ensure consistency and growth for the future of the business.

While working with pro cycling teams and various other roles within the cycling industry I have learned the importance of effective communication and consistency, opening the doors to understanding the root of user need.

I’ve developed and implemented effective operational procedures, pricing structures, and sales processes both nationally and internationally.

PUBLICATION & TESTIMONIAL
A cyclist in a blue USA-themed uniform riding a bike, with a chat message in the upper right praising Hunter, a mechanic. Text at the bottom identifies the cyclist as Dave Zabriskie, a five-time U.S. National Time Trial Champion, and Captain America, with details about his achievements.

““That’s a Yamaguchi,” explains Hunter Braasch, the shop manager and human Wikipedia about bikes you have never heard of. Hunter has the look of a hip museum curator and describes the frame in important, hushed tones, usually reserved for ancient Japanese swords or men named Jim.”
